This year I’m introducing a calendar of group events that focus on your own spiritual awareness, mindfulness and meditation training.

There’s also some fun events such as combining therapy with afternoon tea, menopause awareness and treatment, guest speakers & practitioners such as reiki masters & cacao ceremonial masters, pagan witch magic talks and demos in candle magic & manifestation and so much more, all to enhance and add to your journey and also to add a little fun & learning of new & different things of interest and alternative therapies and practices, you may never have had access to before.

I am happy to receive ideas from my clients on events & things you want to see and know about. I am very well connected to the alternative therapy, pagan and spiritual network and I am very excited to introduce you to new worlds and experiences you won’t get anywhere else, introduce you to new friends, new therapies & new ways to fill your life with something more than pain and worry, and all with like minded people who won’t judge.
