I'm Angela.

After 30+ years training, working & teaching in health & social care, I realised people were seeking out more alternative therapies.
After spinal injury I received acupuncture and massage therapy for pain management and in recovery from surgery I had reflexology and it all helped me so much to manage my own health and well-being outcomes.
I realised that so many people were getting disillusioned by their healthcare and there seemed to be something missing for people on long waiting lists or for those with more chronic condition such as sleep, anxiety and pain issues on long term meds that weren’t getting any better and wouldn’t get any better due to their conditions being labelled as ‘common’ or ‘ not serious’ conditions with no real support other than being sent away with another lot of medications.

I found alternative therapies have a place for all these ‘forgotten’ people who are just sent away to ‘cope’.
 As a long-term chronic pain sufferer I wanted to provide a service where others, much like me, could go and be heard, treated and supported.
I have been level 5 trained in clinical reflexology and have at least 3 yrs experience of case study work, research, seeing clients both at health & well-being shows, mind body spirit events & working with private clients in my home based therapy room, designed especially with peace, quiet, relaxation and you in mind.

I have never felt so in the right place at the right time, doing exactly what I was meant to be doing. Suddenly and yet not so suddenly I realise what I’m here for and I’ve never been so well, feeling so loved and totally at ease with myself and my lot in life, I no longer wish, hope, dream because I am so grateful for what I do, where I am and what I have in my life.

….And you may not believe me but it all started when I focused on now, me, health, calm, love and self-care.

…..It all took off business wise when reflexology entered my life, I realised this was my superpower to healing not just myself but others and seeing someone benefit from the power of this energy we can all access either by ourselves or through someone such as myself who has nurtured a gift of a therapy where I take all my knowledge, experience and spiritual energy into your recovery, or relief of symptoms that cause distress to you and unblock your path to better health and set that pain and stress free so you can see your brighter future just as I did.

Everybody is welcome, everybody is able to receive this therapy regardless of age, gender, ability or disability, race, religion or sexuality. There are no set preconceptions to this therapy, I treat everyone individually and from an initial clinical point of investigation I treat according to your needs.

You do not have believe in energy a or spiritual energies etc, there’s nothing woohoo here as this is clinical reflexology and comes from a scientific starting point, that is why there is always an initial assessment and I always conduct my sessions in a friendly but ultimately professional way and I am open to questions during our treatments if you are unsure of anything.

I can go to a spiritual place, but in a healing way, not a woohoo way, don’t worry you are quite safe. That said I’m sure as we get to know each other we will establish how spiritual and woohoo you want to go and then we can start talking crystal healing and energy healing reflexology, but that’s for later….
